This role is completely remote, and the hours will be 9-6 PST Friday-Tuesday. This is a 1099, full time contract role offering a healthcare stipend. ## Overview The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for assisting customers. Customer Service is all about the details, and we are looking for someone who exudes professionalism in all areas. ## Duties - Communicate with customers via phone, and email to provide information about products or services - Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Analyze customer feedback to improve service quality ## Requirements - Attention to detail, we need someone who can read, write and communicate in a very professional manner - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently - Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $43,000.00 per year Benefits:
