Contract Duration: Open Rate: $35 per hour Key Responsibilities: Provide personalized and professional chat support to online shop visitors. Resolve customer issues, answer questions, and guide them through our website, leveraging the tools and training provided. Collaborate with your supervisor and team members to continuously improve the service quality. Requirements: Access to a device with internet capability for using chat and messaging functions (e.g., phone, tablet, laptop). Able to work autonomously, with a keen ability to adhere to guidelines and follow detailed instructions. Available to work between 5 and 40 hours per week with a dependable internet connection. Skills/Background: No previous experience in chat support necessary; you’ll receive all required training. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential.
