Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Working Hours: This is a full-time remote position. Flexible hours may be required to accommodate customer needs, including evenings and weekends. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Knowledge of health insurance or related industries is a plus.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
