Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies using creative sourcing techniques to attract top talent. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for key corporate positions, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates. Screen resumes, conduct thorough candidate assessments, and present recommendations to hiring managers. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, collaborating closely with leadership to meet staffing needs effectively. Coordinate the interview process and facilitate seamless communication between candidates and stakeholders. Drive the offer process, negotiate offers, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.
Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Passion for building high-performing teams and contributing to a positive organizational culture. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree preferred. 5 years of experience in recruiting for diverse corporate roles, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
