Job Overview We're looking for a dedicated Medical Biller to become an integral part of our team! In this role, you'll work closely with clients, assisting them with their billing questions, processing insurance claims, and ensuring all necessary documentation is collected. You'll also collaborate with other Medical Billers to follow up on client inquiries, communicate with physicians' offices and hospitals to gather records, and accurately record patient information. What You'll Do
Accurately enter billing and payment information into our system. Follow up with clients and insurance companies to ensure smooth processing. Post payments and manage accounts. Assist clients in processing insurance claims, including private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare. Handle and process all necessary forms from insurance providers. Guide patients through the billing and insurance process, collecting all required forms and signatures. Collaborate with doctors' offices and hospitals to obtain charge information and billing details.
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle medical billing. Exceptional attention to detail. 1-3 years of experience with Compulink, Practice +, or ModMed billing software.
