Entry Level Recruiter - Remote

We are looking for someone who has a strong work ethic, exceeds expectations, and likes to take challenges head on. Job Duties Include... • Sourcing qualified candidates using provided platforms like ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn • Conducting phone screenings to qualify candidates and schedule interviews • Maintaining communication with candidates to ensure a smooth interview process • Adhering to the company standards to meet our Clients' hiring needs Qualifications : • Impeccable time management and communication skills • Professional and positive attitude • Student mentality and an eagerness to learn and be developed Preferred Qualifications (but not required): Recruiting Experience 1-2 yrs At Axis RPO we understand that for someone to be successful, training is a must!
