Key Responsibilities • Calendar Management: Organize and maintain schedules. • Inbox Management: Prioritize and manage email correspondence. • Procedural Documentation: Develop and uphold procedural documents. • Document Creation: Assist in preparing documents, including PowerPoints. • Onboarding Assistance: Facilitate the onboarding process for new team members. • Internet Research: Conduct research to support various projects. Desired Qualifications • Digital Literacy: Strong proficiency with digital tools and platforms. • Timely Communication: Respond to requests promptly and effectively. • Independent Work: Ability to work autonomously and with initiative. • Organizational Skills: Excellent at managing multiple tasks and staying organized. • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Positive Attitude: Approach tasks with a friendly and helpful demeanor. • Attention to Detail: High focus on accuracy. Additional Requirements • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in an administrative support role. • Education: Bachelor's degree is preferred. • Availability: Must be available during business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday). • Home Office Setup: Must have a computer with Microsoft Office 365, high-speed internet, a smartphone with email capabilities, and a webcam.
