Your role is to represent our dealer clients positively online and convert these interactions into valuable leads, enabling them to generate revenue from their website traffic... Key Responsibilities ? Handle a diverse range of customer inquiries via online chat ? Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services ? Assist in scheduling appointments by narrowing down appointment details ? Develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of products and services ? Capture and document customer contact information for lead generation ? Summarize interactions to inform client reviews based on customer needs Qualifications ? Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, but not required ? Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher preferred ? Basic knowledge of internet and Windows-based computer skills ? Strong multitasking abilities, with gaming experience viewed favorably ? Positive and professional demeanor is essential ?
