Customer Service Representative - Contract to Hire

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Phone Call Agent to join our team. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor?s degree preferred. - Proven experience as a call center agent or customer service representative. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong listening skills and ability to empathize with customers. - Proficient in using computers and call center software. - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
