Outbound Call Center Rep - Remote

Employer Industry: Healthcare Services Why Consider This Job Opportunity... • Starting hourly rate of $15.00, with unlimited monthly commission potential • Competitive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance starting the 1st of the month after the start date • 401K, employee stock purchase program, and tuition reimbursement • Bi-weekly pay with monthly commission bonus potential • Opportunity to work in a dynamic, results-oriented outbound call center environment • 2 weeks of required paid training to ensure your success in the role What To Expect (Job Responsibilities) • Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to offer, explain, and schedule free healthcare evaluations • Follow approved scripts and ensure members understand and are comfortable with the terms • Meet daily productivity goals, including outbound dials and appointments set • Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with members and contracted providers as needed • Monitor performance results and report member complaints to management What Is Required (Qualifications) • Minimum of 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience • Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple systems simultaneously while making calls • Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule, including start, breaks, lunch, and end times • Good communication skills with a friendly and conversational demeanor • Proficiency in the English language How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) • Previous outbound call center or high volume experience in a metrics-driven environment • Experience using an auto dialer and/or following scripts • A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred • Persuasive skills with the ability to handle rebuttals professionally • Desire to work in an efficient, results-oriented environment #HealthcareServices #CallCenterJobs #CareerOpportunity #CommissionPotential #RemoteWork At Talentify, we prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
