Conduct telephonic outreaches and answer incoming calls regarding member's medication use, including but not limited to medication adherence, refill request, and medication clarification... Hard Skills • Customer Service • Call Center Pharmacy Work Site This is a fully remote position.

Work Environment

M-F 8-5. This job is remote and can sit in TN or AR. Tools to perform job duties, including laptops, phone, and training guides, will be provided.
