Remote Call Center Agent (Dallas Only)
Description Handle inbound calls - provide support to people looking for assistance or more information regarding California State Parks Must have ability to navigate through multiple systems and utilize resources to solve issues... Subject matter of calls could be: how to change a reservation, day-use camping permits, parking citation information, reserving a campsite or day passes, permits for events or photography, etc. Skills & Qualifications Minimum 1 year of RECENT call center experience (within the last 6 months) Ability to work remotely in a distraction-free environment Flexibility for any schedule between 9am-9pm Central Time Mon-Sun (will have set 40 hour work week) Technical aptitude to navigate through multiple systems and screens Pay: $17/HR Schedule: Must be available for any 8 hour shift between 9am-9pm Mon-Sun (will have consecutive days off) Contract Duration: Long term project until December 2025 Equipment will be provided. Must have reliable internet with minimum 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
