Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a variety of customer inquiries and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your primary focus will be to provide timely, accurate, and professional support to our customers via phone, email, and chat channels. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat). Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. Provide detailed information on products and services. Assist customers with returns, refunds, and order tracking. Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Document customer interactions and issues accurately in our CRM system. Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive solutions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient with basic computer applications and CRM software. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet work environment.
