Licensed Clinical Therapist - Full-Time/Part-Time Opportunities

Position Overview We are looking for a Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCPC, LSW, LCSW, PsyD, PhD) to join our growing practice. This position can be full-time or part-time, and we are also open to considering LPC-Interns for practicum and internship opportunities. We offer flexible hours, including two evenings and at least one weekend day, to accommodate the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based psychotherapy techniques. • Provide crisis intervention and support to clients as needed. • Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and goals. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation. • Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care. • Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, such as art therapy and behavioral therapy, to meet client needs. • Provide case management services to ensure continuity of care for clients. • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify appropriate treatment approaches. • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Qualifications • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. • Current licensure or certification as a Clinical Therapist. • Strong knowledge of psychotherapy techniques and interventions. • Proficiency in medical documentation and record keeping. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
