Job Type Full-time Working Hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Collaborate with other departments to solve complex customer issues. Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in the development of customer service protocols. Continuously seek to improve customer service processes. Basic Educational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional certification in customer service is a plus.
