Key Responsibilities • Deliver exceptional support through phone, chat, and email, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product suggestions. • Guide customers in navigating the website, assisting with product searches and the ordering process. • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively. • Manage returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company guidelines. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotions to better assist customers. • Coordinate with shipping and inventory teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
