Launch Manager Amazon Prime Video (Contingent)

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Amazon via Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Amazon. This role sits under the Prime Video Global Programming team, within the OHC (Outside Home Country) Program which is responsible for identifying and elevating Prime Video's most compelling International Original productions to customers outside of the country of origin. The Project Coordinator is responsible for the overall global implementation of OHC campaigns including timeline management and oversight of the asset development process. Primary Responsibilities • Partnering primarily with originating territory Brand Managers and Global Marketing Asset Localization team, you will plan the overall campaign structure, have oversight of workbacks across disciplines for key marketing asset development, and coordinate delivery of base assets from originating territory to ensure delivery... per campaign objectives, global specs and optimal timelines. • You will be the main point of contact with Studios Post Production, Marketing Localization, in-territory Brand Managers and Campaign Producers, and VAM partners among others to ensure deadlines are met for successful campaign implementation. • Working collaboratively with Brand Managers, Social Media Managers, and PR teams in both originating and supporting territories, you are responsible for identifying campaign risks, frequent communications to partners, providing innovative solutions to timelines and owners, and driving resolution with escalation to leadership as needed. • You will provide the structure, discipline and momentum to launch titles on platform per campaign objectives. 1. Basic Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree • 4+ years experience • Experience working with high-volume processes • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications • Project management experience • Highly organized • Strong attention to detail and follow up skills • Great oral and written communication skills • Ability to join calls on a variety of time zones to account for US, European and Asia times • Familiarity with creative production process, specs and formats 2.
