Problem Resolution:

Collaborate with Teams:

Work closely with the sales, IT, and logistics teams to escalate and resolve complex problems, ensuring all customer concerns are addressed swiftly. -

Knowledge Maintenance:

Stay up-to-date with latest product offerings, promotional initiatives, and company policies, ensuring accurate information is conveyed to customers. -

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the company database. -

Training & Development:

Education:

Experience:

Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or related role, preferably in an online or retail environment. -
