Job Description

Delta Airlines is looking for a highly motivated and professional First Class Flight Attendant to ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our first-class passengers on our flights departing from Dallas. As a First Class Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service that meets or exceeds the expectations of our premium passengers. Responsibilities • Ensure the safety and security of passengers during flights. • Provide personalized customer service to first-class passengers before, during, and after the flight. • Assist passengers with boarding and deplaning procedures. • Serve meals, beverages, and snacks, catering to special dietary needs when required. • Handle passenger inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently. • Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings. • Maintain a clean and organized cabin environment. • Comply with all aviation regulations and company policies. Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in hospitality or customer service is a plus. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations gracefully. • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous. • Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • Must meet the physical requirements for the role, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship. Restrictions • Must pass a background check and drug screening. • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid passport. • No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform.
