– Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.

– Process orders, returns, and exchanges.

– Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
– High School Diploma or equivalent.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple systems.
– Strong problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
– Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
