Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers with booking, changing, and canceling reservations.
• Handling customer complaints and escalating issues when necessary to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Delta Airlines’ policies, procedures, and promotions.
• Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
• Recording and documenting customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
