Job Summary:
Amazon, a leading multinational technology company, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining our database by entering new and updated customer and account information.
Job Description:
As a Data Entry Specialist, you’ll be tasked with entering data into our database system in an accurate and timely manner. Youll be responsible for maintaining data integrity and ensuring that the information is readily accessible when needed. You’ll also review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
– Enter and update customer information in the database.
– Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct inaccuracies.
– Verify and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry.
– Comply with data integrity and security policies.
– Interpret complex information and relay it to other staff members and customers.
– Assist with reports and data extraction when needed.
Requirements:
– Proven data entry work experience.
– Strong typing speed with an eye for detail.
– Knowledge of data confidentiality principles is compulsory.
– Proficient in relevant software applications such as MS Office.
– Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Educational Qualification:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
– Further education or certification in office management is a plus.
Experience:
– 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
