Job Description:

As a Walmart Grocery Delivery Courier, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive their online grocery orders in a timely and satisfactory manner. This position is essential in providing an outstanding customer service experience from the moment the order is placed to the moment it reaches the customer’s doorstep.

Responsibilities:

– Responsible for collecting the grocery order from the store

– Efficiently deliver the grocery order to the customer’s address provided

– Ensure all groceries are delivered in a timely manner and in good condition

– Providing excellent customer service during the delivery process

– Manage and resolve any customer issues during delivery

Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Excellent customer service skills

– Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

– Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise

– Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Experience:

While previous experience in delivery services would be advantageous, it is not mandatory as Walmart offers comprehensive paid training for all new Grocery Delivery Couriers.
