Job Description

T-Mobile is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Call Center Executives. As a Call Center Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with the assistance they need.

Responsibilities

– Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers

– Assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, or support requests

– Provide product and service information to customers

– Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner

– Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

– Follow up on customer calls as necessary

– Maintain a high level of professionalism and quality service in all interactions

Requirements

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills

– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

– Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems

– High school diploma or equivalent

– Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Educational Qualifications

– High School Diploma or equivalent required

– Additional training or certifications in customer service is a plus

Experience

– Previous call center or customer service experience preferred, but not mandatory

– Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the right potential
