Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of computer systems and software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity
• Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions
