Description

As a Flight Attendant with United Airlines, you will be an integral part of ensuring a pleasant travel experience for our passengers. This role involves safety management, customer service, and team collaboration aboard our flights. Flight Attendants must be adaptive to different situations, capable of managing safety and comfort, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

– Minimum age of 21 years.

– High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

– Pass an extensive background check and drug screening.

– Possess a valid passport or be able to obtain one.

– Ability to work legally in the United States.

– Willingness to relocate as needed.

– Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

– Fluent in English; bilingual or multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

– Greeting passengers and assisting with boarding and deplaning processes.

– Providing safety instructions and ensuring all safety standards are met.

– Offering food, beverages, and duty-free items during flights.

– Assisting passengers and responding to their needs and inquiries.

– Maintaining a clean cabin environment throughout flights.

– Completing post-flight duties and reports as necessary.

Educational Qualifications
