Description:
As a Food Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for picking up food orders from restaurants and delivering them to customers in a timely and professional manner. You will be required to maintain regular communication with both the restaurants and the customers to ensure a smooth delivery process. Your role is not just about delivery; its about providing an excellent customer experience which is an integral part of our companys mission.
Responsibilities:
– Collect food orders from various restaurants and deliver them to customers.
– Ensure orders are correct and handle transactions.
– Ensure the quality of food orders by storing them properly during transportation.
– Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues professionally.
– Maintain cleanliness and functionality of delivery vehicle.
Requirements:
– Valid driver’s license.
– Reliable vehicle.
– Clean driving record.
– Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Knowledge of local food establishments and navigation routes.
Education Qualification:
– High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
– Previous delivery experience preferred, but not necessary as we provide paid training.
