Job Description:

The Customer Support Agent will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers’ experience by providing high-quality service in a timely manner. You will interact directly with customers via telephone, email, chat, or social media to provide information about products or services, take orders, answer questions, and handle complaints.

Responsibilities:

– Interact with customers through various platforms to address inquiries and resolve issues.

– Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.

– Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a timely and accurate manner.

– Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as necessary.

Requirements:

– Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

– Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

– Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

– Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

– High school diploma or equivalent.

– Further education in Business Administration or related fields is a plus.
