Job Description:
As a retail stocker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our stores inventory is managed effectively. This involves receiving and processing merchandise, stocking shelves, and maintaining an organized store environment. You will also be required to assist customers and perform other general retail tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
1. Unloading trucks and receiving merchandise.
2. Stocking shelves in a prompt and organized manner.
3. Regularly checking inventory for accuracy.
4. Assisting customers with locating items.
5. Keeping the store clean and tidy.
6. Participating in continuous training as provided by the company.
Requirements:
1. Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50lbs).
2. Good communication skills.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Ability to work under minimal supervision.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Educational Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required as we provide comprehensive training for all new employees.
