Job Summary:
24 Hour Fitness is seeking a dynamic and passionate part-time Fitness Instructor to join our team in Tempe. The role offers a competitive hourly rate, flexible working hours under 4 hours, and inclusive benefits such as Health and Dental coverage, Paid Training, and Paid Vacation days.
Job Description:
As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for conducting fitness programs and consultations. You will be the guide assisting our clients to reach their fitness goals. Our fitness instructors are the face of 24 Hour Fitness and play a key role in helping individuals and groups improve their health, stamina, and physical fitness.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement specialized training programs for clients.
– Conduct group fitness classes.
– Provide motivation and encouragement to members to meet their fitness goals.
– Ensure gym equipment is in good working condition.
– Maintain a safe and clean exercise environment.
Requirements:
– Certifications in fitness instruction and CPR/AED.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Able to create fun and interactive workout regimes.
– Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Educational Qualifications:
– A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
– Degree in a related field (e.g., Exercise Science, Physical Education) is a plus.
Experience:
– Previous experience in fitness instruction or personal training is preferred.
