Data Entry Operator Department: Administrative... Employment Type: Part Time Location: Cooper Eye Care Compensation: $25.00 - $27.00 / hour Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining a variety of data in our systems. Your primary focus will be to ensure data integrity, manage large volumes of information, and perform data cleanup tasks as needed. This role requires a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision. Skills: • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. • Ability to multitask and work efficiently. • High attention to detail. • Quick learner who can follow instructions. • Maintain confidentiality of client data. • Proficiency in reading and speaking English. Key Responsibilities • Accurately input and update data in various systems and databases. • Verify data for accuracy and completeness, correcting any discrepancies. • Maintain organized records and manage database systems. • Perform data quality checks and cleanup activities. • Handle and organize physical and digital documents. • Generate and prepare data reports as needed. • Collaborate with other departments to understand and support data needs. • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. • Manage time effectively to meet deadlines. • Suggest improvements to data entry and management processes. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise • 0-2+ years of experience. • Data Entry Specialist should have high school diploma. Candidate with some college experience or recent grads are welcome to apply. • Previous Sage Intacct experience is a plus. • Data Entry Specialist must have previous CRM experience - Salesforce, ADP, etc. • Non-profit experience is a plus but NOT required for Data Entry Specialist role. • Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel experience (VLOOKUP's are a plus) • Strong attention to detail. • Excellent customer service skills - good communication skills. • Verbally and in writing. • Able to meet deadlines. • Detail oriented. • Willingness to ask questions. • Quick learner. • Able to carry out tasks with daily instructions. • Only for United States and Canada residents Apply Job!
