Customer Support:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. -

Issue Resolution:

Utilize problem-solving skills to identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues effectively. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. -

Data Entry & Documentation:

Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. -

Research Assistance:

Conduct research as necessary to provide informed responses to customer inquiries and enhance overall service delivery. -

Product Knowledge:

Continuously update knowledge of company products and services to provide informed assistance and recommendations to customers. -

Feedback Collection:

Gather customer feedback and suggestions for improvements in products and services. Communicate these insights to the management team to contribute to ongoing enhancements in customer service. -

Service Level Compliance:

Adhere to established service level agreements (SLAs) to meet or exceed customer expectations consistently. • *Requirements:** -

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certifications or relevant coursework in customer service or communications are a plus. -

Experience:

No formal experience is necessary, but candidates must demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop skills in a customer-centric environment. -
