Employer Industry: Leave Management and Disability Claims Administration Why consider this job opportunity... - Salary range: $27.40 - $28.84 hourly - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance - 401(k) plan with employer contributions - Paid time off and paid holidays - Opportunity for career advancement within a supportive environment - Fully remote position allows for flexible work arrangements What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Manage and track eligibility for various job-protected leaves, including FMLA and other statutory leaves - Administer a caseload of up to 150 claims in compliance with industry best practices - Serve as a resource for clients and staff regarding leave requirements and internal policies - Update claim files and notes accurately in the system - Coordinate return-to-work efforts with claimants, providers, and clients What is Required (Qualifications): - High school diploma or GED required - Minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative office environment for Level I; 3-5 years of leave management experience for Level IV - Strong organizational skills and ability to document files accurately - Understanding of Federal and statutory regulations regarding FMLA, CFRA, and PDL - Proficiency in Word, Excel, and web applications How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience in leave management or disability claims administration - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to educate and counsel on sensitive issues - Good planning and organization skills in a high-volume work environment - Familiarity with ERISA guidelines and Disability Plan Documents #LeaveManagement #DisabilityClaims #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #ComprehensiveBenefits At Talentify, we prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
