Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dedicated virtual chat assistant to join our team on a part-time, full-time or contract basis. The virtual chat service (Customer Service Representative) plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms. As a virtual chat assistant you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information in a timely and professional manner Duties: Engage with clients in real-time through our live chat system Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries and provide solutions Address customer complaints, issues... and concerns with professionalism and empathy Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and ensure all needs are met Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team members for further assistance Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the live chat experience.
