This role includes: Conducting telephone interviews Following a script to ask survey questions Accurately recording responses You will contribute to exciting projects that shape the future through critical insights, with no sales or collections involved. Location & Schedule Location: Houston, TX (Onsite) Hours: Flexible, Part-time Walk-in Interview Hours: Monday - Wednesday, 12 PM - 5 PM Interview Location: 7324 Southwest Freeway, Suite 1800, Arena Towers Two, Houston, TX 77074 (Visitor parking available in the garage) What Were Looking For Strong communication skills Professional demeanor Comfort with phone conversations Basic reading, computer, and typing skills Understanding of good customer service practices Ability to follow attendance policies Experience: No prior experience required; paid training provided. Age Requirement: Open to applicants 16 years and older. Flexible Scheduling Evening and weekend shifts available Choose from shifts ranging from 18-40 hours per week Evening shifts: 4 PM - 11 PM (Monday - Friday), 10 AM - 6 PM (Saturday), 1 PM - 9 PM (Sunday) One weekend shift required
