Senior Mortgage Loan Officer - Flexible Work Environment

Primary Responsibilities • Proactively prospect and engage with clients seeking residential mortgage solutions. • Convert inbound and outbound sales leads into loan applications. • Assess clients’ financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage products and rates. • Meet monthly sales performance goals to ensure continued success. Essential Functions • Solicit, negotiate, and process residential mortgage loans. • Guide and advise loan applicants through the mortgage application process. • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and closing. • Educate real estate professionals about our loan products and services. • Maintain accurate and complete loan files and documentation. • Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to loan closings. Skills/Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of experience in loan management within a dynamic environment. • Familiarity with loan processing standards (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA). • Proficiency in standard loan practices, real estate terminology, and market trends. • Strong understanding of the mortgage industry landscape. • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is advantageous. • Must be based in California. Compensation • Competitive annual salary ranging from (52,000 to )200,000, plus commission (1099).
