Disney-style artist wanted for Webtoon Collab

• *budget is to be determined, but I’m using $150 per first few panels as a starting point** Truthfully I don’t have much to pay, because I’m hoping to gain revenue from the websites we will publish on (Webtoon/Tapas/Patreon content) which will then be split 60/40 (artist/writer). It might take some time to take off, but with my past experience, I strongly believe that it could become a hit... series. Hello! I am a writer who is seeking a partner to work with me on a new Webtoon project. I will provide the story, characters, script, and so forth, while you would be the artist who brings it all to life. The comic will be a romance story between two 18 year old males, and has elements of drama, but is mostly a sweet, feel good story. It’s pretty simple and straightforward, and is set in the modern world. I will provide the full outline upon hire, but the basic plot is as follows: main character A is a new student, at a new high school in a new town. "A" is an introverted, polite to a fault, quiet, and even slightly mysterious type. He has a hard time opening up to people, and keeps to himself often. He meets main character B at school, who is his complete opposite, personality-wise (extrovert, loud, slightly obnoxious and often oblivious, but still loveable and popular amongst peers). Different events happen and of course, they fall for each other. sounds pretty plain, I know, but there will be a lot of room for character growth, sweet moments, angst/drama, etc. I am seeking an artist who specializes in something like the modern Disney art style. Think the style of Disney art books, such as those for Frozen. I’m looking for cute, youthful, appealing character designs and artwork that will make people smile. Additionally, I already know how I’d want the main characters to look, and you can check out the attachments to this post for an idea of this (images generated by AI). I also need the artist to be friendly and at least somewhat enthusiastic about telling the story since we will be a team, and is reliable and communicative. As I mentioned, I would provide the outline, which is already completed. How to transfer it to comic form would be something we would discuss in our messages as well, since that would take additional planning. However, I think overall the series would take a year or so to complete, depending on the artist’s speed and how often we update. Besides the pay from me here on Upwork, I am also hoping that if the series is a success, we can also make a profit from Patreon, which we would split the income at 60/40, so you as the artist receive most of it.
