Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, or live chat. 2. Provide accurate information about Disney parks, events, products, and services. 3. Resolve guest issues with a positive and professional demeanor, escalating complex issues as necessary. 4. Maintain a thorough understanding of all Disney offerings to enhance the guest experience. 5. Ensure personal targets and service standards are met consistently. 6. Assist in creating magical moments for guests by going above and beyond routine service expectations. 7. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with company policies, promotions, and procedures. • *Requirements:** 1. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred. 2. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. 3. Strong command of both verbal and written communication skills. 4. Ability to work remotely with a dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions. 5. Reliable high-speed internet connection. 6. Flexible availability that includes weekends, holidays, and possibly evenings. 7.
