In this multifaceted role, you will provide vital support to our executives and project teams, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across various initiatives. Your exceptional organizational skills will be crucial in coordinating projects, managing schedules, and facilitating meetings. You will also be responsible for maintaining project documentation, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. Responsibilities • Assist executives with administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence. • Coordinate and support project initiatives from inception to completion. • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items. • Maintain project documentation and reports to track progress and outcomes. • Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders. • Assist in the planning and coordination of company-wide events and initiatives. • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; specialization in Project Management or Administration is a plus. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or executive support roles. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. • Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining high productivity. • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. • Must have an active savings/checkings banking account Apply Job!
