As an Amazon Flex Specialist at American Express, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our Amazon Flex operations. This position is perfect for someone who is highly organized, proficient in multitasking, and has a strong understanding of the Amazon Flex platform. You will be responsible for ensuring that our deliveries are completed efficiently and on time, troubleshooting any issues that arise, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities – Monitor and manage Amazon Flex deliveries to ensure timely and efficient completion. – Troubleshoot any issues related to deliveries and provide solutions promptly. – Communicate with delivery drivers to provide support and guidance. – Maintain accurate records of deliveries, issues, and resolutions. – Analyze delivery data to identify trends and areas for improvement. – Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes and schedules. – Provide regular reports on delivery performance to management. Requirements – Strong understanding of the Amazon Flex platform. – Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. – Proficient in using computer software and applications. – Strong communication and interpersonal skills. – Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively. – Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. – Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
