As a Traveler Support Counselor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our travelers. Your role will involve... • Handling service calls. • Making reservation changes. • Educating on tour itineraries. • Processing payments. • Responding to customer inquiries. • *Responsibilities:** • Manage service calls, assist customers with making reservation changes, educate them on tour itineraries, process payments, and respond to inquiries. • Advise, book, and update airline reservations as necessary using code-based software. • As a Traveler Support Counselor, your role is crucial in delivering an excellent customer experience that drives loyalty and referrals.
