Remote Call Center Rep

Description: 100% Remote CSR Openings Location: MUST live within a 45mile radius of San Antonio, TX. Will be required to commute to the office on first day to pick up equipment... Equipment provided Pay: $17.75/hr Hours: Must be flex with hours required to work - company open 365 days/year Job Duties: • Provide assistance to viewers via phone and/or chat regarding account management, billing queries, content questions, and basic navigation of our site and applications. • Make company product recommendations on each viewer interaction. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: • Remote work experience • Call center or high volume call experience; 1-3 years minimum • Good tenure - must demonstrate ability to grow within a company If qualified - I will reach out within 24hrs of your application.
