The Technical Product Manager is responsible for defining and driving the product vision, roadmap, and execution by collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric software solutions and meet business objectives. Develop and implement a comprehensive technical SEO strategy that aligns with AT&Ts business goals. • Lead the development and management of SEO-related products, focusing on innovation and user experience to enhance organic search performance. • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website architecture, coding, and content. • Oversee the technical aspects of SEO, including site speed optimization, mobile optimization, and addressing crawl errors and redirects. • Conduct advanced SEO analysis using various tools (like Segment, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Wincher, GSC, Bing Webmaster) to inform strategy and track performance. • Manage and optimize AT&Ts SERP visibility through effective keyword research, content strategy, and on-page optimization. • Lead cross-functional teams in executing SEO projects, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and product strategies. • Stay on top of the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates, adjusting strategies accordingly. • Drive innovation in SEO tools and processes, enhancing the teams capabilities and efficiency. • Provide leadership and mentorship to the SEO team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. • Contribute to weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly channel performance reports. Job Contribution: Senior level technical expertise. Deep technical knowledge and subject matter expert on ATT technologies. Education: Preferred technical Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Experience working with highly technical software products. Experience: • Typically requires 5-8 years experience • Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role. • Experience with using tools (such as Screaming Frog and Google Search Console) to conduct technical SEO audits • An in-depth understanding of search engine behavior: what content search engines crawl and read, what practices to avoid, and what on-page changes will have the most impact based on current algorithms • A strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, and/or other programming languages • Managing execution of SEO strategies, including keyword strategy implementation, technical recommendation implementation and executing tactical strategies based on competitive analysis • Works side-by-side with our development team through the information architecture and wireframing process for web design clients who also need a SEO on-page foundation • Performs thorough, detailed website analysis, identifying current problems and opportunities, with a focus on crawlability, site architecture and site content • Stay up to date on current industry practices, news, and algorithm updates Supervisory: No. Our Lead Tech Product Mgr, earns between $128,400.00-$192,600.00 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
