Uphold procurement policies to ensure compliance and streamline processes. Maintain ideal inventory levels to balance supply and minimize waste. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on objectives. Establish and nurture relationships with vendors and distribution channels. Analyze performance metrics related to cost, quality, and inventory. Address and resolve inventory issues and billing discrepancies at the store level. Stay abreast of industry trends and assess promotional impacts. Conduct store visits to evaluate program success and gather feedback. Oversee accounts payable processes and ensure meticulous record-keeping. Utilize remote access to procurement systems as needed. Required Skills At least 3 years of experience in procurement or vendor management within the dairy sector or retail. Familiarity with marketing, logistics, or store operations is advantageous. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective relationship building. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in purchasing or vendor management. Strong knowledge of dairy procurement and inventory management practices. Bachelors degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
