Outbound Call Center Representative - 100% Remote

IMMEDIATE CALL CENTER JOB OPPORTUNITY - 100% REMOTE EQUIPMENT PROVIDED OPPORTUNITY TO WORK FOR ONE OF THE LARGEST WHOLESALE DISTRIBUTORS IN NORTH AMERICA... FULL TIME MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM-5PM OR 9AM-6PM, MUST BE FLEXIBLE (EASTERN TIME) $22/HR THIS POSITION IS A 4 MONTH CONTRACT JOB OPPORTUNITY Qualifications: • 2 years of call center experience • Experience handling high volume outbound phone calls • Experience using CRM systems • Excellent communication skills Responsibilities: • Manage high volume outbound phone calls to customers • Update customers regarding shipment status and delivery status • Update customers regarding delivery delay or cancellation • Speak with customers regarding changes in delivery schedules to to holidays • Update CRM system regarding customer order information About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
