This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and work closely with Chairman's Office team members and partners. This position provides administrative support for the Chairman & CEO and is an integral part of the team working under the direction of the Senior Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate is experienced in handling a wide range of administrative related tasks and is eager to learn, able to operate in fast-paced environment, and willing to work a minimum of 3-4 days a week in the New York office. How will you make an impact in this role? • Assist the Senior Executive Assistant with day-to-day activities supporting Chairman & CEO • Provide back-up calendar and travel management for Chairman & CEO as well as primary calendar and travel management for Vice President Assistant (VPA) • Ensure timely preparation and processing of expense reports and invoices; review expenses submitted to Chairman's Office for approval and highlight any out of policy spend • Manage conference room reservations, distribution lists as well as assist with timekeeping/payroll, processing invoices, ordering supplies, etc. • Assist with special events, projects and initiatives Minimum Qualifications • Ideal candidate should have 3+ years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior leader • Proven ability to work within deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and execute across multiple initiatives/tasks • Strong sense of integrity for using discretion and maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information • Motivated, proactive team player with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels of a diverse, global organization • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, quality, timeliness, follow through and send of urgency in executing • High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook and willingness to learn new technology • Must work well under pressure without losing composure and professionalism Salary Range: $24.05 to $48.10 hourly + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition.
