Mobile Apps Engineering Lead

Design and develop a responsive and performant Mobile App built using React Native. Build Mobile App and UI components from prototypes and wireframes. Manage and coach a team of junior Engineers to raise their bar on execution and Engineering quality. Build engineering plans and timelines to reflect product plans/ priorities. Requirements: 6+ years of total experience Experience in building and shipping at least two production (industrial grade) Mobile Apps serving a large user base (tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of Users). Experience with ideally two or more (but at least one) of the following mobile... app Tech. Stacks: React Native, Flutter, and/or Native Android with Kotlin Experience with TypeScript, JavaScript, React Native, and frameworks and libraries for building Mobile Apps. Experience working with React Native along with tools like Databases, APIs, Redux, Firebase, Instabug, Sentry.io, DataDog, etc Experience with unit and integration testing and test automation frameworks and tools, and ideally hands-on experience with TDD (Test Driven Development) Experience setting up and working with CI/ CD pipelines Expertise with native tools like XCode, Gradle, and Android Studio. Experience working with native modules and APIs for tight integrations with both platforms Android and iOS. Experience working with REST APIs, mobile device sensors, offline storage, and third-party libraries. Understanding of security aspects of Mobile Apps and how to mitigate any security risks. Experience in scaling mobile app design and architecture to cope with very high user growth and spikes in user traffic. Experience with public Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and working with Cloud infrastructure and managed services. Experience in publishing apps to both Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
