The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gifted education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging, differentiated learning experiences for elementary students. This part-time position involves teaching and supporting students in a virtual setting. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement a curriculum tailored to the needs of gifted learners. • Create engaging lesson plans that promote critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. • Utilize a variety of teaching methods and technologies to enhance the learning experience. • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed. • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and school administration to ensure student success. • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in gifted education.
