Compensation: After you sell your 2nd Tiny Home is sold your pay will be $20 an hour + $500 bonus. • Your starting pay will be $1,200 paid only after you sell a Tiny Home. • After your 2nd Tiny Home is sold your pay will be $20 Hourly + $500 Bonus. • Bonus is increased after 6 consecutive Tiny Home sales by an additional $500. • We don't work on Mondays and 100% remote work! • We provide... you with great leads - zero cold calling. • We provide Tiny Home accounts to begin marketing. • We will work together to sell a Tiny Home within your first month. • We work Tuesday-Sunday estimated 20-40 hours of work per week. Key Details • Apple, iPhone, Mac users are preferred. • Experience with Google Meets and Google Drive preferred. • People comfortable using Facebook Marketplace are preferred. • We provide training, tools and technology to help you succeed. • Ability to quickly recover from adversity preferred. • Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with everyone preferred Role and Responsibilities • Facilitate virtual tours on FaceTime/Google Meets • Edit, create and organize photo and video Tiny Home content. • Use Facebook, Instagram and TikTok to market and advertise Tiny Home content. • Email, text and call new and old leads provided. • Maintain a “whatever-it-takes-mindset” • Use Facebook Marketplace to reach out to Tiny Home Sellers and post Tiny Homes. • Communicate promptly with Tiny Home Buyers and Sellers at all times.
