Operations Manager - Entry Level

Join us as an Operations Manager Trainee and embark on a dynamic learning journey. Through our structured, hands-on program, you’ll immerse yourself in operations, mastering the skills to enhance financial profitability, operational efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction while leading the teams. With rotation through key operational areas such areas including Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service After completing the eight-week training, you will transition into a supervisory role, overseeing one or more of the daily operations and sales functions to ensure maximization of fleet, revenue, customer satisfaction and employee management. You'll receive mentorship to develop skills and advance from Operations Manager to Area Vice President in our Fortune 500 company. Benefits you’ll receive:

What we’re looking for:
- Recent graduate with bachelor's degree OR associate's degree plus at least two years’ supervisory experience
- Ability to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, work well in a team environment with a positive attitude, and make independent decisions
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work outdoors in weather conditions with moderate noise level
- This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
